Super Simple Pot Pie Recipe Made With Leftovers!

Debi shares a super simple pot pie recipe made with leftovers!

Mix the filling in a bowl:

  1. Shred your leftover chicken
  2. add some frozen or canned vegetables
  3. add 1 can of cream soup (cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, etc.)
    Then:
  4. Layer your mixture in a baking dish
  5. Cover with pie crust and bake for 1 hour
  6. At 1 hour, brush crust with egg wash, place back in oven to get a golden brown crust

This is a super simple recipe that my family loves! The best part about it, it only takes leftovers and about an hour and we’re eating. What can be better for a working mom?
